Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not entered the processing stage. If your order has not yet been marked as processing, please email us at customercare@legacyladiescustomdesign.com with your full name, order number and reason for cancellation.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once we have ordered the items or materials. Custom orders are made specifically for you, the customer, per your specifications (size, shape, colors). Thus, once a custom order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, refused or returned as we cannot resell customized items.
