Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of custom ordered apparel, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or returns on any custom apparel orders. We understand that this policy may be disappointing, but please note that our custom apparel is specifically made to order according to your unique specifications and cannot be resold to other customers. We take great care in ensuring that every order is made to the highest quality standards, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about your custom apparel order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Flaws and Errors

If there are any noticeable flaws or errors with your order, if your order was damaged in any way, or if incorrect sizes were sent, please contact us at customercare@legacyladiescustomdesign.com with your full name and order number along with a description of the issue and we will work with you as best we can to resolve your issues.  Any fees involved with return shipping to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
