At our apparel store, we always aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you, and we strive to get all items shipped as quickly as possible. However, during times when we have a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed. Rest assured that we are working diligently to get your order to you as soon as possible. It is our goal to create and ship all orders within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During times when we have a high volume of orders, there may be some delays in getting orders processed and shipped. We will make every effort to make the process as fast as possible.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We have a promo code FREESHIP50 that is always active to receive free shipping on all orders over $50.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4020 Pleasant Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45015. After placing your order and selecting self pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 2p-6p on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We ship our products worldwide. International shipping options are available at checkout. Due to the nature of customs and international shipping policies, it will take longer than the standard 5-7 business days to receive your order. Check back for order updates, tracking information for your shipment will be provided so you can track it's progress.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Legacy Ladies Custom Design Co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
